Well since my dad got laid off, my parents are thinking of moving to Huntsville next summer. I have some mixed feelings about this, I don't want them to leave, but they have offered to sell their house to me and John, which would be exciting. I'm starting to hope they do move so that we can buy their house, but I feel like I shouldn't feel that way because I don't want my parents to suddenly live 3 hours away after living so close for so long.
Also, yesterday at work they gave my office to someone else, which in and of itself doesn't bother me because I probably don't need an office, I'm only there part time. But it was the fact that when I got to work yesterday all my things were moved to a cubicle and no one told me. Also they gave the new guy, technically not new just returned from having left, my computer. And someone else took my monitor. I got my monitor back fortunately, but I didn't have the heart to take back my computer, since I don't use it that much, because I have the Macbook Air. Its just the principle of the thing, they should have told me he was coming and taking my office and should have asked if I use my computer. I really would have appreciated an email.
The cubicle I'm in now is in a room with the really large printer. I've been in this room before and the printer gives me this horrible headache from the really high pitched noise it makes. I just need to remember my headphones, I hope it drowns out the printer and other people in the room.

Sad Day
I didn't actually finish the mittens in time for the Ren Fest, though I was so close, only like 20 more rows to do. I'll see if I can finish it this week and then get back to working on my sweater, which won't get done this winter but I should be able to wear it next year.
Having just registered for school and signing up for 2 grad classes along with switching to full time working hours we'll see how much knitting gets done next semester.
